TERMS

 

Initial Consultation Fee:  $175 minimum 

 

Hourly Rate:  

After an agreement has been met, I work on an hourly basis at a rate which is charged by 30 minute increments. My billing cycle is monthly.

 

Deposit:

Projects start with a deposit which is applied to the final invoice. The amount of the retainer is determined by the scope of the project.

 

Mark Up:

My markup for products is 20% if I have received goods at wholesale price. If I make purchases at a retail price, I do not add a charge.

 

Deliveries:

The client is responsible for all shipping and delivery on goods, this is not subject to a markup.

 

Travel:

Travel is billable if it is out of a 45 mile radius.
